Valerie A. Watson, MPA, CEO/Executive Director oversees staff and the operations of the center, including licensing accreditation, fund development, volunteer coordination,  and adult day participant services.    Ms. Valerie Watson has been the CEO/Executive Director since April 2017.  Prior to this , she was the Director of Wellness-Special Events & Activities for Lucy Corr Village.  Ms. Watson has a Masters degree in Public Administration  with a specialty in nonprofit management and administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.   She also holds a masters of certificate in project management from Villanova University.   With a Bachelors degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Ms. Watson has expertise in person-centered recreational program planning to meet the needs of this senior population.  She participates in continuing education to receive information on current trends, research, and best practices in providing quality services to this unique population and their families.

Francine Griffis,RN, Clinical Nurse Manager oversees the daily professional nursing services; supervises participant care paraprofessionals; oversees the administration of medication; contacts caregivers, physicians & pharmacists; conducts individual case management; provides health education for staff and caregivers; and manages patient documentation as required by licensure and Medicaid certification,  and medicaid billing,

Cressida Gattermeir, Activities Director has been at SRADCC for 15 years.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Recreation and has held positions as a therapeutic recreation coordinator and a Director of Parks and Recreation.  She participates in training to enhance skills and remain current in best practices and has received training for certification as a food safety manager.

Dorothy Bristow, CNA, CMA is a full time paraprofessional nursing assistant and medication aide who provides nursing and medication administration within her scope of practice and under the direction of the registered nurse.

Jemita Bell, CNA, CMA is  a full time paraprofessional nursing assistant and medication aid who provides nursing and medication administration along with assisting participants with their activities of daily living which include: toileting, feeding, food prep/setup, and ambulating.
